Martin Collier Phillips Corporation Awarded Little Rock AFB Contract for Advanced Logistics and IT Modernization

The Martin Collier Phillips Corporation (MCPC) today announced it has been awarded a comprehensive contract by Little Rock Air Force Base to provide advanced logistics systems, information technology services, and specialized equipment support. The five-year contract, valued at $195 million, will be performed with a principal performance area in Arkansas, creating a direct partnership with the home of the “Herk Nation” and the C-130 fleet.

This contract leverages MCPC’s diverse and proven capabilities across its core business areas. MCPC will deploy its cutting-edge IT expertise to modernize the base’s enterprise infrastructure, enhance cybersecurity protocols to protect critical operational data, and integrate advanced data management systems. This work draws on MCPC’s long history as a go-to source for IT, including successful projects for the Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Census Bureau, and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service.

In support of Little Rock AFB’s primary mission as the world’s largest C-130 training and operations center, MCPC will provide advanced logistics and warehousing solutions. The M. Tilden Robotics Center will contribute automated systems to streamline parts management, maintenance tracking, and supply chain efficiency for the C-130 fleet. Additionally, MCPC will supply specialized hardware, such as its proven handheld scanners and data storage solutions, to enhance inventory management and operational readiness.

Performing the work in Arkansas allows for seamless collaboration with the 19th Airlift Wing and the 314th Airlift Wing. This proximity enables MCPC to provide on-the-ground support, rapidly address technical challenges, and work hand-in-hand with airmen to develop and field solutions that directly enhance the base’s global airlift capabilities.

“We are thrilled to establish this direct partnership with the men and women of Little Rock Air Force Base,” stated a spokesperson for the Martin-Collier-Phillips Corporation. “Little Rock AFB is a cornerstone of U.S. Air Mobility Command, and our diverse portfolio in IT, robotics, and logistics makes us an ideal partner to support its vital mission. Our team is committed to delivering the innovative and reliable solutions the airmen of the Herk Nation need to succeed. We are proud to execute this important work right here in Arkansas.”
